The Elite® SC-LX501 featuring 7.2-ch Class D3 amplifier is fully-equipped for the latest multi-dimensional surround sound formats, Dolby Atmos® and is DTS:X™* Ready , featuring the Reflex Optimizer for enabled speakers. With Ultra HD (4K/60p/4:4:4) upscaling/pass-through and HDR/BT.2020 standards ready, images are ever more impressive. In addition to internet radio and various network streaming services, with Google Cast™** built-in you can use your mobile device to cast your favorite music to your receiver. The multi-zone feature supports powered ZONE 2 output.

Multi-Dimensional Excitement with Dolby Atmos
The SC-LX501 is compatible with 5.1.2ch/5.2.2ch configurations for the latest home theater sound format, Dolby Atmos. You can reproduce object-oriented sound in realistic, three-dimensional movement overhead by the top speakers.
Dolby Atmos Room Requirements
Using the Pioneer Elite Dolby Atmos Enabled Speakers you will need the following in order to use the Dolby Atmos-enabled capability of these speakers, the listening room ceiling should have horizontal flat hard surface (for audio reflection) and a height of 8’ to 14’.
Dolby Atmos Equipment Requirements
In addition to a Dolby Atmos compatible speaker set up, you must have a Dolby Atmos compatible receiver/processor and Dolby Atmos encoded content.

MCACC Auto Room Tuning
Create the ideal acoustic environment with Pioneer’s MCACC (Multi-Channel Acoustic Calibration System), developed through years of working closely with an award-winning recording studio. With the custom microphone, the system automatically compensates for differences in speaker size, level and distance, and equalizes response.
Synchronized Sound with Phase Control
As an innovative solution for the phase lag between the subwoofer and the main channel speakers caused by the network filter, Phase Control compensates the delayed bass to improve sound synchronization.
Reflex Optimizer
High directivity sound reflects off the ceiling, while low directivity sound directly reaches the ears. This difference causes a phase shift, making the sound unrealistic. To solve this, the new technology optimizes the performance of your up-firing elevation speakers for your listening environment, by aligning the phase of direct and indirect sound, matching the basic tone, and optimizing the upward-oriented frequencies. The result is overall seamless sound with Dolby Atmos enabled speakers, allowing the ideal reproduction of three-dimensional surround sound.
